Through working with Music Doing Good, our name was passed to the city of Houston. The Parish School Choir were invited as a special performance at the Houston Food Bank, “Gift of Produce” on December 14, 2012. The students learned about being background entertainment, the food bank, and about the Mayor. We met Mayor Annise Parker and took pictures with her! It was a unique wonderful learning experience that the students will always cherish.
