Drumming Contest Day 3

Today is day 3 of the Drumming Contest for Occupational Therapy (OT) awareness in April.   OT is a profession to help people across the lifespan with promoting health and well being through engagement in occupation.

Students in every class are doing well cheering each other on, playing beats, and creating rhythmic patterns on the drum.   The concentration, smiles, and intensity in their eyes as they play the drum as fast as they can is definitely a sight to see.   A few students were scared to play loud or fast and decided to play slow and soft.   With classmates cheering them on, a few of them play faster and louder, gaining confidence to defeat their worry of playing in front of their classmates.

Here are the high scores of today:

M. Kangaroos: 195 plays
A. All-Stars: 145 plays
K. Labs: 226 plays
D. Fireflies: 220 plays
